LABEL ORDERS 

 

How do I order the words that I want on the labels? 

You can add the words in the “Notes” box when ordering. Alternatively, you can email livelaughlabel@outlook.com stating your order number and the list of words for your labels. Please type the words with spaces only, do not use full stops, commas or other punctuation marks unless these are required in the label name. 

 

Are the vinyl labels dishwasher and microwave safe? 

To ensure the best life of your vinyl labels, we recommend hand washing only. 

 

What are the labels made from and how long do they last? 

Our vinyl labels are made from premium quality vinyl. They are removable but not reusable. They are waterproof 24 hours after application. If cared for as recommended, the vinyl manufacturer states that vinyl can last for up to 6 years. 

 

What can I apply labels to? 

Vinyl labels will adhere to clean, smooth surfaces such as glass, plastic, some wood, whiteboards and tiles. They will not apply easily to rough surfaces or fabric materials. 

 

How do I add extra labels to my order? 

To ensure orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner, we are unable to accept changes after the order has been processed. You will need to place an additional order. 

 

My order has been placed but how long does it take? 

We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 weeks. At times we will experience higher than usual demand, and if there is any delay to this timing we will state this on the website home page. Please also allow 7-10 days for delivery with Australia Post. 

 

RETURNS 

 

What is your return policy? 

Please choose carefully when deciding on your order as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty, please email livelaughlabel@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt stating your name, order number, description and photo of your ordered goods. We will arrange replacement or refund of your goods. 

 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

To ensure orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner, we are unable to accept changes after the order has been processed.

My order has been shipped, how long does it take? 

We use Australia Post to deliver our goods. Whilst we endeavour to do everything possible so that you receive your products as soon as possible, we cannot be liable for delays or loss/damage as a result of Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before contacting us at livelaughlabel@outlook.com.

 

How much is postage and shipping? 

We use Australia Post to deliver our goods. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout. 

 

LABEL APPLICATION 

 

How do I apply vinyl labels? 

Every order is shipped with the instructions on how to apply the labels. Please ensure labels are applied within 14 days of receipt. 

 

Are the labels easy to apply? 

Yes! Our step by step instructions that are provided with each order (and also on our website) will help to make it an easy process for you to apply the vinyl labels to your products.
